History
ASURA Group started operations in 2005 growing organically in Croatia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro and Slovenia serving International Companies and helping manage their offices providing Technical Facility Management, Cleaning and Project Management. We still support many international companies in our regions, as we have done for years.
A change in strategy in 2018 aligned us with Institutional Investors with large Real Estate Portfolios who needed a steady partner to help them advise and care for their Commercial Real Estate. Since then, we have grown rapidly becoming Leaders in parts of the Facility Management market like: Logistics & Manufacturing, Retail and Office Real Estate. Today we embrace the entire Central and Eastern European region where we offer Integrated Facility Management services - a one-stop solution for all Facility Management needs.
