Recently ASURA Group signed another contract to expand our Integrated Facility Management service with our existing client to a new location in Primorsko-goranska County. The property is based in the industrial zone Bakar just outside of Rijeka - a crucial international port in the Northern Adriatic.
 
The new location is 17,000 GLA of Logistic space meant to serve international companies in fulfilling their shipping and storage needs. By adding this new location, we are shifting the milestone past the 500,000 GLA mark under our care.The 
Croatian market, just like many surrounding it, is short on Logistic spaces and this industry sector is expected to continue growing in the next five to seven years.
