Digitalization - The Key to More Efficient Facility Management

Our Technical Director and board member Zoran Rajaković had the honor to participate as a lecturer at the seminar of the Croatian Maintenance Society (HDO) titled "Facility Management and Six Trends in Digitalization".
 

His topic

Digitalization of FM and Examples from Practice - His lecture garnered great interest among the participants. Through the lecture he presented concrete examples of how digital transformation is changing the way of managing facilities, and he made the following points. 
 

1. Digital Management Platforms: How smart technologies enable centralized monitoring and management of building maintenance.
2. Predictive Maintenance: Apply a variety of software and analytics to reduce costs and optimize maintenance.
3. Mobile Apps for Field Teams: Increase technician productivity in real-time through automated tasks and reporting.
4. Practical results: Real examples from our practice where digitalization has led to:

• Faster resolution of failures by as much as 40%
• Increase transparency in the management of facilities.

 

His conclusion?

Digitalization is no longer an option, but a necessity. By implementing the right tools and technologies, we can significantly improve efficiency, transparency and sustainability in Facility Management.
